1. Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure booking.Please be aware a 3% surcharge will apply when using AMEX & DINERS/ & .1.5% for MASTERCARD & VISA CARDS.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

2. Cancellation Policy

During NON Special Events Priods, we require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation, otherwise an amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to the credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU$20.00 applies to ALL cancellations for each room booked.
DURING SPECIAL EVENTS 1 night cancellation fee for each room will apply to ALL cancellations

3. Deposit Policy

FIRST NIGHT DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD AT THE TIME OF MAKING THE BOOKING & THE BALANCE TO BE SETTLED AT THE POINT OF CHECK-IN

5. Noshow Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.

6. Other Policy

If a cancellation or reduction in
days has been made and the original booking had a discount attached to it..a cancellation fee of $20 will apply or in the case of reduction of days- No discount will apply and the original advertised rate will apply.
